1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tactido application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tactido is a personal time tracking and daily activity logging application. The App allows you to:

Track time spent on various activities
Log notes and photos alongside activities
View daily timelines and calendar overviews
Export your data in JSON format

The App is designed for personal use and stores data locally on your device.

3. User Accounts

Tactido does not require user registration or account creation. All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use optional cloud features.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tactido offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

Power User subscription: Unlocks full timeline history and additional features
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective app store
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Not use the App to store illegal or harmful content
Maintain the security of your device and any backups you create

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Maciej Stanuch and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key points:

Your activity data is stored locally on your device
We do not have access to your personal activity logs
Anonymous analytics may be collected to improve the App (can be disabled)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of any information

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maciej Stanuch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Personal injury

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Data Loss

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend regularly exporting your data using the built-in export feature.

We are not liable for any data loss resulting from:

Device failure or theft
App uninstallation
Operating system updates
User error

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

In-app notification
Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App or other users.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
